Well-being
Hello again it is week three in our path to learning more about a health and wellness. I would rate my physical well-being at a 10, will by spiritual well being would be in the middle. I was catholic once and lost my faith due to a family tragedy. I would rate it in the middle because I found meditation and yoga as a way for me to become spiritual again in a different way that I did when I was going to mass regularly. I would rate my psychological well being to be at 10, with my new found meditation practices my anger issues have decreased. The goal that I would set for my self in all areas would be to have more time for myself and focus more on my inner-self and equal it out for how much I work on my outer-self. They way I could reach my goal would be to meditate more and be more aware of what I am putting into my body.

Welcome!
Hello Everyone and Welcome to my blog page!
I am an ex hippie, who joined the military in order to finish my college degree. I grew up as a nomad moving every couple of years because of my dad being in the military and lived in different countries and say many different cultures. Once my father retired from the military I still had the itch to move so I packed up my stuff on a whim and moved to sunny San Diego, California where I feel in love with the easy breezy life and the practices of yoga. From there I had some trying times and then finally decided to get a real job and joined the military in the footsteps of my father. I still have my hippie style with a balance of patriotism.
