Unit 8

The two practices that I found most beneficial were the visualization and meditation. I personally don't really like listening to instructions or having wind chimes and different noises like that going on while I meditate but those two were the ones I could actually stand listening to the whole recording and actually do it in its entirety. I am going to be able to implement these practices into my every day life by using visualization when struggling to achieve a goal. If I ever I hit a snag in the road I can use the visualization techniques to visualize where I need to be and then be able to focus on the end result and achieve it. Meditation practice sessions helped me further my meditation goals even further and actually enhanced my meditation during my yoga sessions even further.  It has controlled my breathing and helped me get into the more difficult poses with ease.
